HEY CLASS!

Here are important updates regarding our CIP which is next saturday @ CCAB! we actually don't have much time to prepare. taking away this week's holiday, we only have 1 week to prepare! there's so like LOADS of stuff to do. so we must work together kkz!


background info. we have 1 table and 2 chairs. (sounds limited) and background fencing behind us. more information, refer Ares blog. (link on the right)

1) CIP Project confirmed.
We are selling our Fried Mars Balls, served with ice-cream! there are plenty of logistics which needs to be settled!

Food Items
ok, we need to find out where is our Mars bars supply coming from. are we gonna mass-buy them? or are we gonna get each person to sponsor 2-3 packs of Mars bars? or both? the ice-cream?

Cooking Stuff
deep fryers? we will need at least 2 here. please volunteer to bring!
chopping board and chopper/knife?
scoopers for ice cream?

Hygiene
Paper plates?
forks and spoons?
gloves?
table cloth (part of decor?)

3) Swim Meet Volunteers
8 ppl are needed to help out in the swimming meet also @ CCAB. no worries, we will ALL be in the same venue. erm, just that the class will be split into doing this and doing the stall.

so volunteer if u wish to help out in swim meet. btw, if u prefer to help out @ the stall, please do!
ok! plz tell me on MSN if u wish to help out here by wednesday night. otherwise, i am going to random.


4) Sales of coupons
we will all get the coupons to sell to ppl on monday! plz sell them to OG mates, high sch/nygh/sec sch friends, anyone from other faculties, cousins, uncles, aunties, parents...


oh well, it's a HUGE PROJECT here which we have to work as a class! hopefully, our fried mars balls will be a success alright!

ILP groupings!!

Hi all.
Below are the groupings for ILP.
If you want a change, please make sure it is a mutual swap.
Email me before saturday night because i need to email the econs teacher.

Edit: Er apparently we can only have 5 groups in our class but choong gave me 7 groups.
From the way i see it, the easiest way is to split the 6 people in the 3man groups to join the other groups. Hence, I have randomly placed them into groups using a virtual dice. (Hence its totally random) If anyone is unhappy about the groupings, please email me by saturday night thanks. (Please spread the message)

Judging Criteria: 50% Content, 30 % Participation, 20% Aesthetics

2. "My FutureSchool @ HC" Creative Competition - Optional

Entry Type: Short Essay (200-250 words), Poster (A3 size), Video (3 mins)

Basically, just come up with wad you think HC will be like in the future.
